Vision bring victory

Melvin Tinker is pleading with churches & Christians to regain a healthy view of God. What is a healthy view of God, you ask?

It is a view that sees God as grander & more glorious than the frivolous things of this world. It is similar to Isaiah’s experience when he saw the Lord high & lifted up & therefore offered himself to go & be a vessel the Lord could use & send.

“If our vision of God is clouded, or our knowledge of him is deformed, living in a hostile cultural climate becomes an unequal contest”, writes Tinker.

It is true, that we can only run in the direction in which we are looking & if we are not looking Jesus, we won’t run towards Him. Thus, causing us to run after & run to the things of this world which entertain us but do not cause us to endure in the faith.

This book is balanced with theological truth & practical application…because both are vital! Our theology directs our practicality – our view of God determines our lifestyle.

This book is a pastoral plead to passionate biblical adherence.
