Ready, set, break!

Busyness: It is the disease society. Rather than trying to conquer it, we try to outrun it and manage it…but busyness will win every time, if the wrong approach is taken.

So there must be a transfer take place within our lives. We must transition from time management to life management and learn what deserves our time & attention. If we are not careful, our lives will be drained all the time with no time to fill our lives up. This understanding implies that we are fragile & frail and we can’t do everything. So the first step is to stop…just stop doing whatever it is you are doing and recollect, re-evaluate and reform your pattern of living.

This book is practical but also philosophical in that you must think before you do if you are going to break busy. Thinking will allow you to say yes to things that deserve you and no to things that do not deserve you. Let’s face it: We often get that backwards.

In this book, you will find humor & wisdom to navigate life in a way that leads to health in every aspect of your life. If you’re looking for a stopping place so that you can start fresh again, this book could be right for you.
