One thing every person in the world wants, whether they admit or not, is happiness. Not a fluffy happiness that is momentary, but a fulfilling happiness that is permanent and fixated so that it does not expire or shift when it seems that the things of life are shifting and expiring.
God has just what we need and He is so good to graciously afford it to us and David Murray leads us to that exact delight through both theology and perspective.
David Murray’s book is not a recipe for a good day, but a recipe for great days.
Murray takes readers through the circle of life and all that life encompasses. As you get into this book, you’ll feel this book getting into you as Murray covers work, play, the world, lifestyle, daily choices. That is why this book is theological because God has given us numerous avenues to experience happiness if we could just open our eyes to Him and what He is doing around us.
This book is so much more than positive-thinking, which is the approach that others have taken on purpose-in-life and happiness-in-life. Murray does such a good job covering the everyday aspects of God’s grace in such a way that he leaves no page unturned in the day-to-day life of people. You simply will be left without excuse for being unhappy after reading this book in its entirety.
