God’s Not Dead…
Rice Broocks writes with simplicity on an often misunderstood and misinterpreted subject: Apologetics.
Broocks helps the non-scholar understand a scholarly subject with this book. This book is a counter to skeptics who believer there is no meaning/purpose in life whatsoever and that we rule our own lives based on personal intuition.
The writing that Broocks uses does break-down heavy terminology into information (that leads to transformation) that anyone can understand. It seems that he had lay-people in mind when writing this book, so that the everyday Christian who works in the secular world can articulate and help convey the truth about God to those who find Him simply unbelievable.
All in all, this will be a helpful tool for believers to understand how to engage culture with the gospel and where to begin dealing with those who are difficult to deal with or encounter with the truth.
